bigboi hip hop chronicle Big Boi (@TheRealBigBoi) Talks About Meeting Andre 3000, New Album X Its Mature Content

Note from my homey Sumit on the interview:

Earlier this afternoon I had a chance to sit down with Big Boi. He speaks to me about his new album Sir Luscious Left Foot : The Son Of Chico Dusty and how it deals with mature content. He reveals one of his favourite tracks from the album is called General Patton.

I ask Big Boi how I can get that Stankonia Funk for the ladies and he tells me its all about having confidence and introducing myself to a lady.

Big Boi was tight-lipped about when any Outkast material is coming out and you’ll see this when I ask him about Da Art Of Storytelling Part 5.

Finally I ask Big Boi to recount the first time he met Andre 3000, freestyling for L.A. Reid for the first time and when Big Boi first met Sir Luscious.

Ted keeps telling me he just turned 30
having dreams of being single forever he’s gettin worried
and i’m scared too cuz im in the same boat
good women are rare too
none of them have came close
me i haven’t changed much
you know how i play it better safe than sorry
instead of searching for substance at every single party
baby being part of this life
i feel like im bound to end up
with somebody that’s been with everybody
i need you to rescue me from my destiny
im tryna live right and give you whatever’s left of me
cuz you know life is what we make it
and a chance is like a picture it’d be nice if you just take it
or let me take it for you im just down to ride
we can roll around the city til you finally decide
i got more than a thing for you tattoo and the ink for you
right over my heart girl i’d do the unthinkable
