The homey GLC‘s newest track “Reach for the Top” produced by the other homey Mr. O.  GLC is consistently dropping both songs and isms this year.

I found this in my inbox, and couldn’t curve it.  The singing is smooth, the visual brings me back to the summer time, and the dudes can rap.  I used to like a Tribe Called Quest, so maybe that will help you understand why this video is living here today.  The Miami-based group is called The Politix and the track is called “Black and Blue”.
