TMI Facebook Telling The Internet All of Your Business Is Always BAD Business by Nova Giovanni

Hello, misguided people of the online world. I’d like to thank you for
volunteering all of your most personal business and making the
internet more interesting than any soap opera. You are most likely the
reason All My Children has been canceled.  Obviously, some of you are confused by Facebook (and other sites) referring to the people you’ve given access to your account as ‘friends’. For the sake of knowledge, lets explore what a friend is.

According to Dictionary.com a ‘Friend’ is.

Friend – (noun)
1. a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard.
2. a person who gives assistance; patron; supporter.

Now, take a moment and ask yourself, “Myself… how many of my ‘online
buddies’ are REALLY my FRIENDS?”… Then, subtract that number from the total quantity of people linked to you through the internet – and you will be left with the amount of people laughing at you and your
problems.

WE DON’T CARE that you were cheated on. WE DON’T CARE that your child got an ‘F’ on their report card. WE DON’T CARE that your landlord is threatening to evict you again. WE DON’T CARE about your heart being broken – REPAIR IT, OR GO GET A NEW ONE!!! WE… DON’T… CARE!!! We’re pointing our fingers at you. Yes, and we’re laughing. Laughing a good laugh from the depths of our souls.

As soon as you have an argument or issue with the person you’re
dating, a family member, or problems with other people- you flee to the online world to vent. That’s a damn shame. There is no better way to get through those complications than good communication. But, your desperation for attention from strangers is hurting your relations.
It’s a shame that without any hesitation, you run online and tell everyone your whole situation.

Don’t be surprised when the personal information you disclose to the public world comes back to bite you in your ass. For every ONE person empathizing with your plea for help, there are FOUR more laughing at you. Shaking their heads, calling other people, sharing what your newest online updates – and celebrating your troubles. If no one has ever told you this, “loose lips sink ships”. In 2011, so do loose
fingertips. Keep your private matters as they should be – PRIVATE.

I Love You,

Don’t Let Your Love Life Become Your Whole Life by Nova Giovanni

Aye, HOMIE!!! Stop spying on your girlfriend’s Facebook page and do
something constructive while you’re online! You’re investigating her
wall, trying to piece together her relationship with every man who
leaves a comment. How about you take an online class or apply for a
better job?

Excuse me, ma’am. Why are you spending your spare time researching
every woman in your boyfriend’s phone? I thought you were going back
to school. What happened? You’re too busy with ‘him’ now? How many
college credits have you earned with THAT?

Shame on you. Your love life is now your whole life- and its holding
you back. You’ve stopped living up to your potential and started
living down to their expectations. You quit chasing your goals and
began chasing behind your ‘boo’. You have ceased to improve yourself
and prepare for your future. Now, your days are spent making up
scenarios of them cheating on you in your head. Your nights are made
up of the two of you arguing.

If the person you’re with isn’t pushing you to be a better person-
they are holding you back from becoming one. A relationship should
compliment things, not complicate things. If your relationship were to
end today, how much further in your life would you be than in the
beginning? What would you have to show other than some memories and a few pictures? There are few things worse than time wasted. Cherish it.

Time, that is.

I Love You,

It Bothers Me When You Call Him Your Friend: by Dr J

Men love to have female friends.  They absolutely love it.  Female friends to 99% of men are, “I haven’t slept with her yet, but if I put my mind to it, I can.  I’m just waiting for the opportunity to present itself.”  The only people who are not in the know are the women who think it’s possible to somehow keep these men as friends.  Women always ask themselves, “Do I want to have sex with him?”  If the answer is no, then they say, then he will be my male friend.  The question you need to ask is, “Given the opportunity, will this man have sex with me?”

First of all, all of us,  including myself, probably has been or is being ungrateful to someone–right now…and if you don’t think its you, you’re wrong. Trust me someone is o_O ‘ing you right now, thinking ’bout how they lent you fitty cent in the 6th grade that day for chocolate milk cuz you’re broke ass was chokin on butter crunch and forgot to bring extra funds.
